Legal Note: All MSAs have been negotiated on behalf of Atlas Venture by Hutchinson, PLLC with our portfolio companies' best interest in mind. This is a starting point for MSA negotiations and will reduce some time and legal costs. Further negotiation and your own company's circumstances need to be taken into account.
